Refund policy

Customers can return products up to 14 days after purchase for no reason back to us. If you want to return a product you must notify us within 14 days. Owontechnology.eu will provide a address to who you may return the product. Products may be removed from the packaging, but must be unused, as new, in an undamaged packaging (equivalent to the original packaging) and complete to be returned with all accessories. If we find defects or if the product return fails within 14 days after notification we can not do a refund of the full purchase amount. Shipping cost will not be refundable.

Warranty

acetech.shop will give a 2 year warranty on their products. This warranty will only be granted if the acetech products are purchased form an official acetech distributor or reseller / dealer. Products purchased from outside the official dealer channels may be refused for warranty or will be charged with repair / replacement cost. In case of a failure owontechnology.eu must be contacted and the problem must be made clear in an email. A ACETECH engineer will evaluate the problem and decide if we send a free spare part or need to replace the unit. Shipping of spare parts are free. In case of a return the customer must provide the shipping to us with a good en affordable shipping with tracking. acetech.shop will ship a new unit or repaired unit back for free.acetech.shop will try to return goods within 14 days.

Taxes and duties

All products sold on the owontechnology.eu webshop are already imported in the EU and will be shipped from the Netherlands so there are no extra duty fees if your country is inside the EU. The prices on the web-shop are excluding 21% Dutch VAT. If you are a company with a valid EU VAT number then you can include your company VAT number with the checkout page and the web-shop will not add the 21% Dutch VAT. Customers outside the EU will not be charged the 21% VAT but might have to pay import duty in their own country.

Shipping cost and information

We offer free shipping for orders over the €200,- for all countries within the EU. International shipping prices vary depending on the volume and your location this is automatically calculated at the Checkout. If your country is not available please send us email so we can quote you by email. We can also ship with any courier you prefer or ship under your own courier account. These special shipping service can be requested by email ( sale@sacetech.shop ).

Payment

Orders can be paid with PayPal, Credit card or a regular IBAN bank transfer. Belgian customers can also opt for Bankcontact / Mister Cash. For PayPal and Bankcontact / Mister Cash, we charge  no transaction fee.

If you request a proforma invoice and pay by Bank transfer you will receive a 4% discount on the total amount, you will receive, after confirming your order, a proforma invoice by email with payment instructions.

Actech.shop was founded in 2018 in cooperation with JRSE ltd. acetech.shop is an independent official distributor that will represent ACETECH. All rights are reserved by acetech.shop and ACETECH.
